Collect all 3 items from Vargulf's Legacy during the Full Moon Event from Vargulf, the Ancestral Wolf. Equipment will scale to the character level (only level 45 stats shown in the Wiki) and all enchantments will fall into the predetermined range of values. Equip all 3 items to activate the set set bonus.
