Items from The Untouchables can be randomly found in the New Parallel World dungeons and by completing the Parallel world Quests:

Into the Deepest Cave
Into the Darkest Grave
Into the Darkest Forest
Into the Highest Monastery
These items are Tier 1 and scaling to the player's level and can be crafted into Tier 2 and Tier 3.
