Every culture has its own prophecies of the return of the dead at the end of the world. Many believe that their maker will raise their body from the dead so that they may fight alongside the living against the evils of the universe. Yet recently, some have been taking an alternate interpretation into consideration.
Many believe that the dead rest peacefully beneath the earth. The dangerous influence of the Nefertari cult doesn't only affect the living. The wicked ones have also managed to call the undead to do their bidding.
Through the unholy powers of Andermagic, cold, white corpses and skeletons have been spotted bursting their way out of their coffins and stumbling about the land. Fallen warriors raise their swords and shields and archers their bows anew to meet today's heroes in battle.
