Norm the Novice, is the helper of Rakorus Munterium. He is a quest keeper and you take quests from him after talking with Rakorus.
Norm the Novice is located on two places:
- In Mystra - in front of the Mount Suvius' entrance
- Thunder Crest - in front of the Stalgard's entrance.
- Stalgard - by the exit to Thunder Crest
