The Steam Mechanicus' skill Dwarf-in-the-Box will cost 20 steam (0 cooldown) to activate and has a maximum duration of 3 seconds. It has zero hitpoints, so once it is hit by an enemy player, the Dwarf-in-the-Box is destroyed.
