Complete the quest Recruit of the Cursed to collect a "Cursed Pearl to Dragan's Refuge" and enter his dungeon. Defeat Dragan the Damned and he will drop 1-3 pieces of the Black Squire Regalia.

Dragan will always drop Drakens (10x, 100x, 1000x)
