During the Curse of the Black Knights - Return of Dragan event obtain four weapon parts and craft Tier 0 weapon (you can also buy it from Grima's Shop)

Obtain three same type of stones and craft Enchanted weapon
3x / / + Weapon = Enchanted Weapon of same Tier
There are 3 types of enchanted weapons (Fire, Lightning, Poison), each giving you resistance and bonus enchantment depending on the stones you are using during the crafting process.
