What is a blog?!?
What is a Blog? Definition of blog
A blog (shortening of “weblog”) is an online journal or informational website displaying information in the reverse chronological order, with the latest posts appearing first. It is a platform where a writer or even a group of writers share their views on an individual subject. What is the purpose of a blog?
There are many reasons to start a blog for personal use and only a handful of strong ones for business blogging. Blogging for business, projects, or anything else that might bring you money has a very straightforward purpose – to rank your website higher in Google SERPs, a.k.a. increase your visibility.
As a business, you rely on consumers to keep buying your products and services. As a new business, you…

True Story.
Part of the Draken Doujin project.
Happens all the time, IRL. A classic case of mistaken identity, and that's still not the most outrageous example.
Goddamnit.
2 Broke Siblings
Part of the Draken Doujin project.
In which two insufferable siblings - the older intellectual and eccentric Spellweaver (with an infamous Donald Duck temper perfect hair, I might add) and the younger cheerful and optimistic Ranger - are on a quest to earn money for state-of-the-art weapons.
P.S: Looks like I either drew that table too tall or the dwarves too short. Whoops.
PvP Battle of the Year
Part of the Draken Doujin project.
In which the game is clearly bugged (because Lindor's wearing 3 head items) and mages are stupid; and as we all know, the only time when mages are stupid is when Dracania itself is bugged, now we also know that the Nefertari cult has found another way to f*k everyone over - and succeeded at that. Heroes, beware.
P.S: Azul's hair design is inspired by France from Axis Powers: Hetalia and Ian Astbury in the She Sells Sanctuary music video .
P.P.S: That's it. I'm saying goodbye to Speechable.
(In)Appropriate Use of a Double-Handed Weapon

Because it's the only thing it's good for IMHO.
P.S. I can't draw hands.
((OOC: I'm seriously pissed))
Earlier today, I was walking down the street when some dude thought it was okay to come up behind me and spit his chewing gum into my hair.
… until I turned around.
Boy, you have to see his face then.
((OOC: Let's go for a ride, Spellweaver Style!))
No, seriously. Every time I look at the former picture, I always wonder how - why - the hell Tuilindor's pretty robes ain't halfway ripped already.
This is coming from a guy who has worn a kimono while sitting atop a rocking horse to take photos. But, I suppose everyone should have figured out by now that you should never attempt to sit astride anything when wearing any long loose closed outer garment, unless you truly do want to destroy whatever you're wearing or show your legs in the most embarrassing way possible.
Now, I'm sure you know how ridiculously long all those robes that the SWs wear - heck, some of them even reach their ankles. I know this is just a fantasy game, and those donning such garments are also ones with magic in their hands,…

((OOC: 5 Things DSO gets right))
Note: This is a very serious post. I know, it's unlike me and all. You are free to press the back button if you don't wanna see me being serious and talking about kinda political stuff and all that jazz.
Also, I do not claim to represent all players of DSO or any other games, neither do I want to bash anyone/anything here. Everything expressed here is my opinion alone.
I wouldn't consider myself a seasoned gamer as I haven't played many games, so my gaming experience is pretty limited. However, in my humble opinion, there are many important aspects of DSO that the vast majority of other online games lack, and for that I really appreciate.
Those aspects are:

He has never desired the wind more in his entire life, enjoying himself as it makes the layers of garment billow around his body and tosses his damp raven locks in long, messy tangling lines in the air. It soon becomes clear to him that though glorious his clothing is, it is getting harder and harder to breathe; that far from the handsome Elven prince he saw in the mirror back in his house, he is now pretty much just a flushed, sweaty and all-around miserable mess wrapped in flashy fabrics.
Wearing this stuff is uncomfortable.

The Fundamental Difference Between SW and DK
Note: I tried to make the comic by taking in-game screenshots, but since it was near impossible to cooperate while fighting monsters and all, my last resort was to draw it. If this violates the DSO Wikia rules in any way, I'll take it down immediately.

Caution: One does not simply take out Gorga with a single Iron Brow. Do not try this in-game.
((OOC: I have a bad temper))
I always do.
Yet never have I thrown as many tantrums as today.
I dunno why, but I feel like I gotta destroy something and burn it until no traces is left on the face of the Earth.
… I'm just.
Ahhh.
Why "Swallow", you ask?
tuilind (n): swallow, small long-winged songbird (sjn)
tuilindo (n): swallow, (lit.) spring-singer (qya)
The reason has nothing to do with singing (though I love singing to my heart's content) or a love of birds (in fact I kinda do like them - when they're not... ahem... relieving themselves all over my robe). It's because it's a pun on the English word swallow itself - so as a result my name is poetic and intimidating at the same time (I'm swallowing my enemies! HA!)
And why Elvish you ask?
... you may figure it out for yourself.

((OOC: The Elves of DSO))
They're taking the dwarves to Mount Stalgard!
As a fan of Tolkien and the fantasy genre in general, I can't help but point out this fact - which I suppose might be obvious to us all. In the world of Dracania, there are the races known as Humans, Dwarves, Gods, Atlanteans, Fairies even, so on and so on. But there's definitely something missing from that list. Dear fellow gamers, do you know what it is?
Yes. There are no Elves.
Now, now, I'm not accusing Bigpoint of not staying true to the standards of fantasy genre or anything. In fact, their not including this race in DSO is something I find… interesting. That is mainly because though this word has never been used in the plotline or to refer to any of the character classes, I notice that some …
Catch of the Day
((Note: Never attempt to take a bird seriously.))
Just arrived in Ashraya and after all that swimming, boy was I hungry as heck. At this point I couldn't help but wonder, what do Atlanteans eat? I haven't had time to visit a tavern yet, but I'm dead sure grilled Zorlobbs must be a special item on their menu, because I've just had dat shiz, freshly roasted over an open Fireball, at a spot with a scenic view of the ocean (read: in a shipwreck in the Ship Graveyard) and I'm telling ya that stuff is out of this world.
Maybe I should write an Atlantis foodie blog?

Caught in the crossfire.
I wonder whether it's just me, or the event monsters are really easy (I happened to one-shot those towers multiple times) but the bosses are unbearably hard. Remember that time-traveling event? The time witch was totally nuts and never left me any time to attack (lol).
I also wonder if it's possible to complete an event solo.

Heyyyy, just wanna wish y'all a good adventure and I really look forward to seeing you awesome warriors. Tegan server, SW, currently lvl 45, nice dark hair flyin' in the wind. Feel free to add me to your friend lists; and I'll be jumping for joy if you team up with me since I'm starting to believe I'm a real Eternal Soloist, lol. Though there might be little chance we would actually meet up thanks to that annoying little thing called "time zones", but hey, anything's possible.
Looking forward to fighting/singing/fooling around with you.

((OOC: THIS IS DRACANIAAA!))
Newsflash: Do you know that vocalizing during combat, be it small grunts or all-out battle cries, is natural and can in fact increase the force of your attacks?
And then I log in to DSO and what do I discover? My awesome Spellweaver being a Spellweaver - that is, making the most and the loudest noises out of the four classes with his grand attacks, yet his own voice is nowhere to be heard.
You may argue that the sounds from his attacks drown out his voice, but I've teamed up with a number of other SWs too, and among all the ruckus they cause with their spells, I do catch a fair share of oohs, aahs, huffs and definitely a grraaaahh. I am, in fact, a quiet fellow in real life, but as a hero of Dracania it's a different story. Is this supposed …

Fire in the Hall!
Sir, have I met you before?
Oh, I remember. In fact, we have met three times. The first was when my mate came here to fetch some water, and you seriously wounded ((OOC: killed)) him. The other was when I came here to fetch the water. And now.
Sad to inform you this, but defeating you is as easy as a piece of cake. Admit it, you're no match for Mr. Krugar. But I don't hate you any less for that. Even though, as I said, beating the hell out of you is easy, you are still a waste of my precious wizardly time (flicks hair). Since you are not part of any quests, I might as well not give a shit about your flaming arse. I'm only killing you to avenge my friend. And killing you is easy, you have been warned.
P.S: You don't drop any unique items. F* you. …
Cap, We Gotta Problem.
Some people ask me: "Gosh Birdy, you're almost lvl 30 and still wearing that funny little headband?"
Yeah, shouldn't I be wearing a cap or a helmet instead? Don't get me wrong, they're awesome. Most of the caps I've seen are made of one of the finest textile and embroidery I've ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes on, and make excellent defense against harsh Norseland cold. There is also no arguing about helmets' amazing protection in battle. Sure, I'd gladly move on to a nice silken, decorated-with-gold-thread Spellweaver Cap or a gleaming-in-the-sun Splendid Helmet... were this not a problem. You see, as a seasoned wielder of magical powers, I understand that anything can be possible. I can totally go bald today and my luscious raven locks wil…
