	You can increase the tier of a unique item with Augment Core crafting. For that combine: A unique item eligible for transfer crafting (stated on the item); A legendary item of the same slot type (e.g. Helmet, Two-handed Weapon,...) that is one tier higher than the unique item; An amount of Elemental Cores (which is specified on the Unique Item); An amount of Augment Cores ; The amount of Elemental Cores and Augment Cores you need is 100 when upgrading Tier 0 item plus 50 for each additional Tier. You can find the cores in Gnob's Shop in Kingshill
