What server are you playing at?
It is impossible to be server's fault because the other players can access the game.
If you are using client ... then try with IE 11. I am using Internet Explorer 11 ... it is by far crappiest browser ever made but still better than the client XD. You can't use other browser ... it only works with IE11
i was on Heredur. I have a mac, so no Internet Explorer. Mac uses Safari.
Safari supports Java too ... but Idon't know if you can play in browser on Mac.
Try cleaning the temp files/folder and restart the game ... there is a help section for Mac users in the forum.

BTW you are not banned. Banned players are getting message informing them they are banned.
In your case it is a strange behaviour that has got nothing to do with you.
Try that advise from the forums. Try connecting via Proxy or VPN software.
Try downloading and installing CyberGhost ... it is a free application working on Windows and Mac.
After installing the app wait few minutes until you get connected to their servers ... start the game make it work (at login screen) and then you can turn off the application . Then just select your server you are playing at and start playing.

If you can enter only by using VPN ... keep asking for solution. (not here of course XD)
